Smashing flatties before the “Big Wet”

Adrian @Hads and I have been trying to find a window in between the crook weather to get out. Today was the day and with predicted flood levels to rise on Saturday, we decided to risk it and nick out and get back before the rain. I had plenty of frozen Yakkas and Adrian bought chicken breast stripped up and rolled in Parmesan cheese.

When the Flatties were cleaned, they were full of BIG prawns (anything under 40cm went back, including the bream’
