Hey mate I was out last Monday morning. I went north from Botany heads and ran into quite a few whales. Didn't catch anything. Blame it on the whales. Should have gone deeper.

WHISKY! Now that's what I'm talking about. Great catch mate! I love your decorations on your boat. I was going last night but fell asleep on the couch I'm heading for the bay for a morning fish hopefully land some. J

Don't use too much tuna oil. I find too much oil can put the fish off the bite. I only use a dash (30mls) per loaf of stale bread mashed up to porridge consistancy. I also add left over bait mashed up and pellets.

Hi mate and welcome. You should post in the fishing chat rather than in the reports when asking advice. My mates bro inlaw goes off Belambi and does very well. I haven't fished there myself though. Also the humps off Stanwell park as stated. It's a bit of a distance. You will find the Coordinates in the forum along with other places. J

Top catch and it's great to hear the population and size are returning. I hope commercial fishing keeps away from both harbour and Botany Bay. Yes we can see great results from Port Phillip Bay since the commercial side stopped there. I remember fishing Old mans Hat in the harbour 30 odd years ago. Some of the old timers I was fishing with remember marlin being caught there (very few that is). Imagine, Marlin land based off Sydney harbour, PRICELESS!
