Seems like Im the only one who likes the Jeep ! ( I own one ) . 4.7l petrol V8 pulls the boat no probs . Bit thirsty around town , but good economy on a trip . I like the Quadra Drive , never have any dramas on the slipperiest ramps at all. All spare parts are expensive , Jeep and Mazda do not have a monopoly on that ! Mate has just repowered his 1983 Cruiser with a 6.6l V8 diesel from a Hummer , no fuel figures yet , but I think it would tow anything!! Ross

I'd be very cautious about putting your gas stove anywhere near the fuel tank. Petrol vapours are highly explosive !! Ross

Ive just come back from Picnic Point , and it was a bit windy , but the water was reasonably calm !! Should be a pearler for tomorrow !! Ross

That is not smoke that you see , its water vapour , nearly every new Etec owner asks the same question !! As for the temp , I dont think that 75 is too het , but Huey would be able to give you the good oil on that . Ross

Providing the engine was well maintained , it will probably run forever!! If you need help with her on your first trip , give me a yell , would be glad to share a few tips with you . Ross

Take it straight back ,and get them to find out why it is doing this . This could be a serious safety risk , if you need full throttle in a hurry and it dies..... Ross

There are allegedly over 10,000 containers floating around international waters. These are mainly out at sea , and usually the result of severe storms etc. But , there is always the possibility that some may be lurking close to our shores ,these containers are very rarely reported. Ross
