  1. yeh mate it wasnt the one i was thinking of but we had a look there was bait holding on it but nothing hanging of them thanks again for the co-ords cheers miller
  2. just a quick one hit the harbour for kings today only managed 10 squid so it was slow picked up a couple of kings at midday 75 and 79 and missed one all on squid the boat next to us was using small yakkas and managed 4 in the boat and lost a couple so yakkas are doing the damage at the moment took a mate to chase kings for the first time and guess what beginers luck he managed the biggest king so no more kingy virgin cheers miller

  4. just a quick one headed down sunday arvo for a quick flick didnt expect much due to the weather but ha its worth a shot 3rd cast and im on to this perch? it wasnt a bass then i waited for the sun to fall and start throwing surface crawlers around the bass wernt on fire but i did manage 3 i got pics of the first 2 before the camera batterys died cheers miller
  5. hi all just a quicky hit the penrith wier sat arvo for first time this year all was quiet but as soon as the sun set the bass went nuts caught 12 in 45min all on surface crawlers the size was from 20cm to 35cm so a good little sesh so they have returned cheers miller
  6. hi mate fit a new impela and go from there i sucked sand into my engine and it damaged the impela changed it out and away i went again cheers miller

    Flat Battery!

    hi mate as the boys have said above find the problem using a multimeter, then fit an isolator to isolate the battery fully when not in use i have a twin battery setup in my tinnie one for the motor and one for every thing else and it sits for 6months during winter and starts first time every time i have never had it go flat in the 2 years its been set up cheers miller

  10. it was to cold to get to my limit the father n law wanted to go home so i pulled the pin the captain dont call no more so i must have offended him by out fishing him every time we head out lol roberta i pack them in zip lock bags straight out of the water and they keep perfect i didnt eat any this time but they still taste as good as green eye squid when i do eat them cheers miller
  11. yeah humesy that was me we didnt get any after you left it went quiet so we headed off josh88 they were all arrows.In summer i always get them in good numbers in the harbour at night cheers miller

  13. hi all took the father n law out squiding on sat night in the harbour chasing some summer kingy baits.Arrived at the ramp at 6.00pm and launched got to my usaul squiding spot and on the father n laws first drop and he is on for the next 3 hours it was on and off as we would hit a school get a couple then try and fid them again.in the 3 hours we managed 28 squid caint wait till summer when there really come on the chew cheers miller

  15. my grandfather used to take me out in NC harbour when i was a lot younger chasing hairtail and we used top do alright too
  16. i can let go of my engine and its stays straight so one bloke will set the riggers up while the other drives and in the event of a double hook up on my boat it will just idle forward by its self and we can fit one fish each well thats what were hoping cheers miller
  17. mate i run mine there because its tiller steer and 2 big blokes on the back tinnie is ot real stable so i run it on the side next summer ill have another on the other side so that i can run 2 at the same time cheers miller

  22. ok i have had a couple of goes tring to get these out of the fish i hav caught can anybody tell me how to get these out ive tried cooking the head tried cutting in and couldnt find them i have one on the bbq as im witing this boiling all the jews i have tried this on have been around the 10kg mark and still no luck any help would be nice thanks miller
