Little Manly pool is a good spot for yakkas. Like Jamestown pointed out, North Harbour is a marine sanctuary, no collecting invertebrates.

Weed can be a real pain on Collaroy/ narrabeen . I reckon it comes in from Long Reef It often settles in the gutters and holes, the places that look Fishy.

Just got back from the Hunte. Wifey had a nap this afternoon. I snuck down to the wharf and pulled out 5 this arvo. Gave all but one away, home to feed the cat.
