Well done on your first Kingy
It looks like the trend at the moment,Fishraiders breaking their kingy virginess.
I hope they are still around for the Kingy social so a few more raiders can do the same.
Unfortunately it wont be me,as my son has Soccer.

Next time you use a pair of rubber gloves,
you're going to smile when you think of this:
A dentist noticed that his next patient, a little old lady, was
nervous so he decided to tell her a little joke as he put on his
gloves.
'Do you know how they make these gloves?' he asked.
'No, I don't,' she replied.
'Well,' he said, there's a building in Canada with a big tank
of latex and workers of all hand sizes walk up to the tank, dip in
their hands, let them dry, then peel off the gloves and throw them
into boxes of the right size.'
She didn't crack a smile.
'Oh, well. I tried,' he thought.
But five minutes later, during a delicate portion of the procedure,
she burst out laughing.
'What's so funny?' he asked
'I was just envisioning how condoms are made!'
Gotta watch those little old ladies!
Their minds are always working!

Thanks Hodgey
Terrific information,i have only recently started using poppers in salt water(have caught bass on them previously).
Now armed with some new poppers and your info, I hope to have some success in the salt.

Great little story jewgaffer,
I wish my kids were as keen to go fishing as little jewgaffer.I only managed to get them out ocassionaly, which will probably be even less this year as my son has started his first year of REP soccer and has a very busy training schedule even at 11.
Look forward to the photos.

Tickle Me Elmo:
There is a factory in Northern
Minnesota which makes the Tickle Me Elmo Toys. The toy laughs
When you tickle it under the arms.
Well, Lena is hired at The Tickle Me Elmo factory and she
Reports for her first day promptly at 8:00 AM
The next day at 8:45 AM there is a knock at the Personnel Manager's door.
The Foreman throws open the door and begins to rant about the new
Employee.
He complains that she is incredibly slow and the whole line is
Backing up, putting the entire production line behind schedule.
The Personnel Manager decides he should see this for himself, so the 2 men march down to the factoryfloor.
When they get there the line is so backed up that there are Tickle Me Elmo's a ll over the factory floor and they're really beginning to pile up.
At the end of the line stood Lena surrounded by mountains of Tickle Me Elmo's.
She had a roll of plush red fabric and a huge bag of small marbles.
The 2 men watched in amazement as she cut a little piece of
Fabric, wrapped it around two marbles and began to carefully sew the little package between Elmo's legs.
The Personnel Manager burst into
Laughter.
After several minutes of hysterics he pulled himself together
And approached Lena .
"I'm sorry," he
Said to her, barely able to keep a straight face, "but I think you misunderstood the instructions I gave you yesterday...
Your job is to give Elmo two
Test tickles."

Great report Poddy,
well done on getting a few firsts, and some nice fish.
Looks like an area i might have to visit one day, looks like such a wide variety of species to play with up there.
I agree with the kids picking up the nippers to,makes it so much easier when you can pump them and get the kids to catch them.My kids have recently acquired this skill also.

Thats a top effort to have that many people online
,word is definately out about FISHRAIDER being the best fishing site in the country. Well done to everyone involved.
The only thing wrong with those numbers is 600+ guests, maybe fishraider is to easy to acess. Not sure how it works as a guest, cant remember that far back.(maybe should log off and try),but maybe we need a members only section for reports to try and get more people to join the site, and also to keep some info within the fishraider community.
