Anyone listens to Big Fish radio show at 702 am every weekends like HIGH TIDE? Not as exciting and as long but at least there is still something we could listen to that now HIGH TIDE is gone.

Caught a couple of this slimy eels last time at Hawkebury. One basically unhooked itself and fell behind my petrol tank and couldnt find it. Got home removed 1 part of the floor and it stunk big time just after 4 hrs and it smelt like it was there for a week. I hate those eels. BIG TIME

Pel Im just helping the guy to decide. Nothing wrong with using OZ's NO.2 favourite tool. Lucky I didnt say use the HAMMER(no.1 tool) to bend some things a bit.

Trinus by okuma or a couple of t-curve will suit your budget. At the end of the day you get what suits u as u need to be comfortable handling your gear all day.

I think the problem with the albright knot is the tag end of the leader will constantly catch on the guides reducing the casting distance unless your using a short leader. I never had failure on this knot as I always check anyway see if the knot is still good or if the leader is abit worn out. I normally use slim beauty on my light to medium gear and albright for heavy duty stuff.

Or if u wanna spend a little bit of money you can buy the HOOKED magazine. It covers I think the whole NSW salt water areas. Its got great detail as well.

Good work mate. Hard to come by these squids. Was there last week and didnt get any. Just kelp. But the salmon were taking s/p. The wriggler and lobby while tageting breem and flatties.

No fish, few fish, heaps of fish! Doesnt matter mate. Thats the way to start the month.

Mate dig up your drvway to 200-300mm buy some ready made reo. Ive got those black thing to raise the reo off the ground and I can give to you for free. And dont forget the form work or any thick timber just to hold the concrete in place. Then ring up those mini concrete trucks to deliver concrete. These will set you back probably around $700-$1000 max.

Carp are good fertilizer. Atleast let the fish give back all the mud it sucked down. Find your spot and berley with corn and bread a night before the morning. Guard that spot with you life. Guaranteed youll get a prize. Or hopefully alot of people will read this and in the morning fish just get there early and look for the burley.

As every one said HBs are the way to go when your SPs tails are disappearing. With HBs I love using the Vibes and some Bassday Poppers and you gotta have some metal slugs as compulsary requirement.
