  5. The SMH watches our forum - have a look at this link published today. Check the section * Don't fish in the harbour, trawl the Hawkesbury. The big river produces some giant jewfish in the cooler months and top spots such as Juno Point or beside the road and rail bridges are nice and calm. Adjoining Cowan Creek produces enigmatic hairtail on freezing winter nights. Take a look at www.fishraider.com.au, the website of an online angling community that stages an annual hairtail social using a houseboat as a base station. SMH article May 3 2008 Make sure you join our hairtail social as Mr David Lockwood reports on it each year in SMH Cheers mrsswordfisherman

  14. Visit a Paddy Pallins shop and check out the best gear. I have a Berghaus mountaineering jacket that I have owned for a long time. It is waterproof, windproof and unable to be ripped (Gore-tex). It has pockets in all the right places and it weighs nothing. There are Mountain Hardwear has some good jackets too - designed by a fly fisho. These jackets are very expensive but last a long time. Cheers mrsswordfisherman

  16. Hi boofhead - there are many companies out there that do this sort of thing. They will work with you to design a program suited to your company's needs. Pre program consultation and setting of learning goals is very important otherwise you may not get the desired result. Finding activities that will harness everyone's contributions to produce that teamwork and bonding is not easy Pm me if you need some info. Good luck in your quest Cheers mrsswordfisherman

  19. Carl thank you for explaining the conditions there. The people are indeed needy and I am sure that they are very thankful when you arrive at their village with food. It is very easy for those that are uninformed of how the "other half live" to be critical. I have travelled throughout destinations and countries and stayed in villages where the people live in similar situations. Thanks for sharing your experiences with the members Cheers mrsswordfisherman
