fragmeister
Hi Raiders, Here's my boat - a 5.7m Quintrex Lazeabout. Yamaha 150 4 Stroke Pretty much has all the optional extras available from Quintrex and a few that have been added by me including an electric downrigger. My favourite feature is the Minnkota I-Pilot ... I almost never have to anchor - I just use the spot lock. hellcorner
I've always wanted my own boat, so around 18 months ago, I came across this, & had to have it. If you see us, give us a yell. We're like the fish we chase, sometimes we don't bite.

Guest no one
So I've been due a new boat since before I bought my last bath tub and fitted a 15hp motor to it. In all fairness my last tinny was old and alright for a first boat... But it wasn't ever going to be more than a 1 yr project. 2 weeks ago I sold it for a sizeable deposit on my new boat - the HMS Cookie Monster (named after my newly born festively plump 4 wk old baby Brooklynn - Brooke - cook - cookie) She's a 4.7m Stejcraft Sportfisher with a 60hp Mercury Bigfoot motor and she's perfect! Good cabin space, great fishing space and most importantly the mrs will come on board with me. I've already had my own finder fitted and I'm putting in a cigarette lighter charger tonight to charge my Navionics fueled iPhone 6+ and then I need to mount the gopro so it gets the good action shots. On the water she cuts through the waves well, being glass she does have a bit of a fat ass and is carrying the extra weight but that just makes the ride amazing! I've had her out tonight in botany and is just perfect... Saturday will be the first long trip where my and SaltwaterDog will finally get our fishing day out! It's just missing the fish raider sticker Donna!!!
