Sydney harbour 26/10/2022

Loaded up at Tunks park, departed the wharf at 520am.

Headed over to balmoral and loaded up with livies ready for a day on the down rigger.

can report no kingfish about, but we did land a 61cm flathead on live yellowtail using the down rigger….

kept getting shanked on the yellowtails, thing tailor.

Good job on the flattie, shame about the tailor destroying your livies, in saying that it looks like a fairly decent one would've hit that one in the photo.

Great pics, thanks for sharing - Pity no Kingies @Crabstar, (maybe take some ganged hooks for next time) - heaps f tailor all around the harbour at present.
