  1. Gulp is for people who want to bait fish? Interesting comment there, sure you gonna get nice replies also haha
  2. I know what you're saying buddy, no sooner have you cleaned up a bit and it's filthy again, just saying.
  3. Council regularly clean up "their mess" but next day it's back again, if a fisherman was to do it he or she would not get to fish as it would take so long. As a rate payer for Wyong Shire, the clean ups cost us and money could be spent better elsewhere. I reckon regular patrols and hefty fines would be better but the officers would probably be threatened etc like fisheries officers are there, these people think they are above any laws but in reality are just putrid grubs.
  4. The mess left by visitors there is putrid, would love to dump it all back on their own properties.
  5. Be good if they do combine it, lot easier in some ways. But be even better if you lose all licenses if you stuff up, may get people to take more care and more responsibility for their actions and behaviour
  6. If I was closer i'd be there with more than 2 beers re.
  7. Check out pflueger, berkley and abu ranges, some great rods to chose from.
  8. They been doing this on the East Coast for years and now only is it an issue that WA is doing it. People forget we are entering their territory, mankind is twisted in many ways.
  9. HAHA, whiting at the mouth like a carpark, were they shoulder to shoulder, two deep as usual? Funny watching some hide their undersized fish in the sand, like it's gonna be their last meal.
  10. Hargraves Beach is also productive.
  11. The Entrance is productive for bream, flathead and blackfish even land based. I'd avoid the area during holiday periods though. The channel is good, around the bridge and even up around Canton Beach, Toukley area. You're only a stones throw from Lake Mac also which is good fishing and then you have Terrigal, Avoca and many other rock/beach locations.
  12. If you use the "Search" function which is located up top right of page you'll find a wealth of information on locations for fishing Lake Mac & Swansea.
  13. The Berkley Poppers are great, had some really good results with them. http://berkley-fishing.com.au/product/7cm-popper/
  14. So did you end up with ass? lol Love the photos, looks nice where you fished.
  15. Spiderwire Stealth, strong and good around structure etc.
  16. Came across this pdf file with a story on the old pros that used to fish the lake, there's a list with locations they used to use with a map also numbered of where is what. It's about half way down you'll find it but the read is quite good also. 1260738399-wynn_s_fishing_on_lake_macquarie_opt.pdf
  17. A mobile coffee vender on the water, now there's an idea haha
  18. Maybe try checking jet ski forums for locations?
