  2. Great feed butch Would of been awsome fun to catch. Only ever caught one from eden few years back and it was great tucker. Enjoy the feast mate Chris.

  8. 5 star feed Dave Good to see the hacking starting to fire up. Suprised no jewies were around also Chris
  9. Use slimey mackeral for bait is a better choice. Dee why beach is awesome for sharks and you never know a jew is a good chance there too. Was there last year with a mate and had a ball. Bring wire as there are some XL sharks that come through there. Goodluck Chris

  11. Great feed mate. The harbour is a great place to catch great tailor at night when there on.
  12. Hi redpumpkin definately a leatherjacket. They make good eating fryed and great for the kids as they have very minimal bones. Mate the squid hood was 37cm and 1.6kg total weight. Chris.

  16. Hi fishingphase and quintrex 101 i take the fillets off the larger ocean sweep skin and de-bone them same as a blackfish. Fried up they can be very tasty. Chris.
  17. Hi Raiders Hit the water with Meng (gonfishing)today. Both of us have been off the water for a few months and we were both very keen to get out there amongst them. Started with a slow troll down the coast stopping and trying several flathead grounds on the way to do some drifts. Plenty of small flatheads to be found but no keepers amongst them today, no hook-ups on the troll either. Headed back up to Bate Bay and fished around the bay for the rest of the day. The bay seemed pretty quiet but we still managed to gather a few nice fish for the table amongst the throw backs. Chris

  25. Great work on the flatties and wrasse.I find the wrasse make for a great feed I don,t like the morwong either i would eat wrasse any day over the mowie. Chris.
