Mate last year we have a big blue do some pretty good damaged to a WD.........but it never actually took it.....just bill whacked the hell out of it. We used to use a peice of thinner rope for the WD..

Hey Anthony, Mate personally i think the scotty's smash the Cannons but that is just personal preference, When i used manuals i never found the scotty release mechanism to be a problem, I also loved to auto clutch on the 1050 as on occasions it did come in handy....

Really narrow view there buddy......no matter what you say the majority of the world's population disagree's with you, Soccer/Football is truly a world game, Any team has a shot of winning there world cup as shown by the Socceroo's recently when they just lost to the eventual champions, and the Socceroo's where consider one of the weaker teams. Don't get me wrong, i love league, I go to all the tigers home games but i do also respect the skill involved in soccer, if you ever decided to watch a international game live you would truly see how entertaining the game is, alot happens of the ball that we dont see on TV. anyway its said to see they are still narrow minded people in this world in relation to sports

You dont need Live squid to catch a kingy, but if you wanna catch multiple kingys per trip, Nearly every trip and not just underize rats you gotta learn how to catch squid and not look for a easier option. If you chat to all the regurlar kingy catchers on this site, people like Robbielites, Va911, Namesay they all use live squid and live squid only...... A few people over the years have asked me about how to catch kings and i respond the same to all of them, Catching kings isnt hard, compared to other species they are simple to catch, but with kings bait is very important, and in our harbour squid is by far the gun bait, so i tell people to master catching squid, because if you master that, you will master kingy catching.

Mate my mate Suley had a 575 Stacer easyrider that we use to fish in, Awesome smooth ride, was a little wet but was an awesome ride, we used it for Kingys in the harbour and we caught heaps of YFT in it at Browns.....top boat.... I have had the opportunity to ride in heaps of boats over 6m from CougarCrafts, Nobles, Barcrushers, Stessl's, Stessco's and i must admit, the best riding boat is a mates 6m Quinny followed by the Stacer 575 i mentioned.

Who will be operating the BBQ this year...Im looking forward to Ross's touch
