Yea, south of Mark's point you can see the islands. Really nice there! Pelican, spectacle and coon island!

Just to confirm, I am talking about that channel near the airport runway. Along there. Then look at the islands a little further up.

Hey mate, you are going to service your boat before 3 years aren't you? Make sure you do, don't listen to that 3yr stuff, that is only if you are running in freshwater. I don't know how they are set from factory but the mechanics can change the oil settings. If you think you are using too much I suggest you get it looked at by someone qualified.

So it has been programmed for xd100 but has another type of oil in it? I think last time i did this i waited for 1cm left in the container and then filled it up. Just kept the oil with me on board.

Hi mate, Is there a particular reason why you are after alloy? Only reason is If you want to head out to Fads and Long reef, personally for me I would prefer a glass boat. I have had a few alloys and I feel they bang a bit along the way.

Awesome, love that place. I am hoping to get there over the break too. With the guys at the tubes you will be able to see their floats - that is when you are too close. 500m is overkill I reckon. Along that rock face there is a rock that sticks out of the water, I generally fish from there onwards towards the point. Sanctuary zones - yea stay away Navy - you can test your boat vs theirs - I have never seen them training during those holiday periods. Make sure you check the wind before you head out. Depending on the wind direction I either fish the bay or I launch at Currarong. The difference can be night and day when you pick the right times.
