Hey mate, Donna is 100% correct on Fishraider being the safest forum for your kids to start on.
My boys are on here (14 & 11) and they learn to read more than they comment. Also to be courteous on a public forum.
You are also quiet welcome to pm me and I will watch his progress.
Cheers scratchie!!!
Oh yeah! What a great jew. Seems to be plenty about in the bays, rivers and estuaries ATM. Might have to go out and have a go myself!
Well done fellas
Cheers scratchie!!!
a mixed bag refers to catching a few different species to take home for a feed!
Congrats on your catch, the estuaries seem to be fishing well atm!
Cheers scratchie!!!
Gentlemen,
This is finin's post about his about his trip, not a debate on why there are 50 boats at one spot!
And for the record, it's quiet up this way as well. Everyone seems to have to work a bit harder for a fish this time of year.
Cheers scratchie!!!
Good luck to you Jay! And by the way, congrats on the Jew too! They seem to be everywhere in the Parra river atm. People are catching them from boats, kayaks and land based. Good time to be down that way!
Cheers scratchie!!!
Congrats jay. By the sounds of it you've worked hard on your skills and listen to much advice on Fishraider. Do you have a photo of that bream on a mat??? If so, that is a possible new raider record!
Well done
Cheers scratchie!!!
The pirtek challenge about 3 years ago, I had a complete glass out. Less than 0.2m and no wind. To add, all day no fish BUT in the arvo, the sea came alive and there was bait being smashed everywhere. Football fields of it infact, a great sight on completely calm conditions! It was a great day to be on the water!
Good luck out there!
Cheers scratchie!!!
Geez yowie! Slim pickings compared to your normal haul but you still got a couple. Beautiful day up here until I decided to go for a flick this arvo! Damn northeaster kicking in already!
Helps to be retired ay!
Cheers scratchie!!!
