There appeared to be a higher than normal trawler activity, maybe that had something to do with it. Fished the rail bridge score: 3 flathead, 6 thumping bream, few soapies and a nice metre Jew. stevefish Posted November 4, 2016 Share Posted November 4, 2016 Up to 8 trawlers doing laps of the mouth of the Hawkes is normal, they do it 5 days a week and give it a rest on the weekend cos they care for the fishery.
