Good stuff mate! As it is a canal, is the snagging probability very low? I've always wanted to use HB's but yet to make the leap. -

With reports like these, it is no wonder you end up taking out so many newbies! I didn't know metal slices were such an 'all-rounder' lure. Especially since you got more than one jew on a surface-worked slice, it goes to show they aren't as lazy as their reputation makes them out to be.

Was fishing with kingfisher84 today and he nabbed a fat whiting (a little under 40 cm) on a z-man grubz.

Probably unlikely to catch nautilus on a jig since they are usually from very deep waters and they can't swim fast enough to catch a jig. They do seem to prefer chicken meat though.

Ok thanks! I had no idea luderick could be caught off the point. They look to be quite large too, at least compared to the other small fish that are common there.

If you are saying to mix a total of 40 mL, then it is probably the first part of choicebro's answer (which is 42 mL but usually instructions are made plain and simple). Otherwise if you are pedantic, then 38.10 mL of adhesive to 1.90 mL hardener.
