  1. You arent wrong about that!
  2. Mac tuna and Frigates have no stripes on their lower half of body. While the difference between macs and frigates are that Mac tunas have 3-4 spots under the pectoral fins. but i guess others have explained the differences by now.
  3. Nice fish and report. But Im pretty sure thats a skipjack tuna
  4. We use an rv5. 2adults and 2kids. 6yo and 4yo. Havnt looked back to dome tents.
  5. I think it can be done. You also need to replace the stripper guide to maybe a 40mm? Shouldnt be too hard as judging by the model number, it is a 2 piece
  6. She looks to be an ebay special mate. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Pro-3-6M-Single-Sit-On-Fishing-Kayak-Canoe-incl-Seat-Paddle-rudder-MEL/173615064700?hash=item286c43a67c:g:ajsAAOSw4GVYOWv~ good score!

  8. They are the best my favourite was the red one
  9. I would flip the rod holders so they sit on the top side of the top bar
  10. Thats a good one. Im sure they still make fishing reels tho
  11. Very nice. Iv read your post on 4x4earth
  12. This only relates to agm batteries
  13. doesnt say what its made of. But when zoomed in. Its the same plasticky material as the FK
  14. The main part of the reel with the stem is metal. But the side plate to access internals is plastic. nope. Im confident from reviews the hagane body is just fancy advertising on the FL. Apparently the FK has hagane body aswell and mine is fancy plastic
  15. Personally i use a nasci c2000hs or something. Cant be bought domestically. covid19 would delay any overseas purchases

    Whoops

On skids yes. But not on rollers
  17. I had a thunnus 12000ci4 for bait fishing off the rocks. I sold it as it was a chunky reel and didnt hold much line. Was a bit heavy compared to similar size reels without the live baiting mechanism. Also the live baiting gearing was a pain to service and put back together. (No one ever mentions that)
  18. Seabass not sea perch and they catch them bigger in Japan
  19. Mack baits are dominating on bonnies right now
  20. Preventative maintenance is key. So much metal shaving and no markings on the remaining nuts. Im guessing the studs are working themselves loose
