    E10 Fuel

NEVER use E10 in: 1 Boats !!!! 2 In an Item which will sit for a period of time without use. IE All your fun toys, whipper snippers, chain saws, brush cutters, mowers, blowers, ........... The Ethanol separates from the petroleum after a period of stand down time, causing damage to those precious loved ones. I'm not a mechanic but have heard some bad stories from mechanics. JD.

  3. I have read in here that if you fillet then carefully skin not allowing slime to contact the flesh, they are very good on the tooth. Please let me know how it is when you do it. JD

  10. Hey Mate 1 lucky guy! I got back from a trip there about 6 weeks ago which was the best holiday! We spent a week on Malolo Island about 10 Kms from where you are going. I'm going back some time soon! The weather was perfect, people were beautiful, water was amazing. TAKE SOME SNORKELING GEAR. It will BLOW your mind if you find some good reefs. Your resort will probably have gear but I like using my own. I took my Stella 5000 and traveling IM "T" curve + lures and did get out one day for a troll with one of the blokes from the resort. Only hooked two fish first one had teeth never to be seen and the second was a new Raider record. Only problem was the ?? 600mm Blue spot Trevally was not photographed like this The photograph i took of the said fish looked like this at lunch time. My BAD If you catch any fish ---- pictures and a size!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In closing have a great time enjoy Bulla Vinaka Be a little careful with your personnel items on the cat from Denarau marina. Had money taken from my unattended back pack! JD PS: If you want a heads up on a few other things I learnt (helpful) send a PM with your phone number, only happy to have a chat.
  11. Neil There are is quite a bit of info on the net about shooting in the dark Also depending on what EOS you have you can get apps to drive the camera hands free from your phone or IPad Otherwise a remote shutter button would definitely help The photos of "my Wiliy" back a few pages were taken using remote shooting using my EOS 70D from my iPad Give it a Google a go "Night photography Canon eos ??" I'm sure you find heaps JD

  16. You just reminded me of the saying Give a man you feed him for a day Teach a man to fish you feed him for life. You have just done both. Nice OR a variant Give a man you feed him for a day Teach a man to fish next you know he becomes a member of Fishraider, becomes obsessive compulsive, and spends a lot of money on fishing gear he MUST have. JD
