Pickles I needed a feed and my last rip only produced 2 squid, one of which I poor on a poor man's downrigger and lost 90% to some biggish tailor. They were good bait size too but tasted great:)

I ticked all the boxes last week, needed to get a feed of seafood for Good Friday, some exercise and all alone in the yak. Had a good couple of hours on the bay and scored the first catch of squidlies for the year:) Happy Easter Fishos!

Awesome post....gotta love the perseverance to get a great fish! All the stars aligned for this one so get out there again and make it a habit:) The young fella is hooked for life!

Great Report and bad luck on the PB...at least you saw the beast. Beats my day.......I fished the lower Georges this morning for 4 hours with prime poddies and not a twitch!

That's a great session Yowie, especially the school of bream and the cracking red. I looked out and Botany Bay yesterday and had visions of Wonkerland!
