Cheers Tyrone. It was a tough day out there. The constant rain squalls and changes in wind direction made for some awkward drifts but you got the hang of things really quick. Too add, some idiot continually driving over our drift didn’t help things. But we hit our target and I could see you enjoyed that type of angling immensely! I would have liked to turn that hoodlums head before I got smoked but no chance, haha! And then a nice little bronzy to get the heart pumping. It shows it always pays to take the time to put that livie out behind you. Under the circumstances, we did quite well. Managed a feed, hit our target with very little bycatch and dropped a fair few too! Thanks for the day champ and it was a pleasure to catch up with another fishraider! I’m sure we’ll tee something up again soon! I took this photo through the trip! Cheers scratchie!!!

Mate it’s between the two headlands tomaree and yaccaba. Normally a safe passage to enter and exit but can be a washing machine at times!

You can’t teach stupid. You did the right thing by bringing it to his attention. If unfortunately, the situation you described happens, then that is something HE will have to deal with. We warn our kids about the many dangers in life, yet somehow they still get some things wrong! Life is one big lesson! I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it. Cheers scratchie!!!
