I'd call it a Bullrout as well. I recon it has the correct amount of Dorsal Spines. Also no spots on the head that a Wirrah has.

We used to trim the Tail so they wouldn't swim as well making it easier for the Dory to catch. Also I think they may not be as prevalent as days gone by.
